Todo o homem é um criativo aborda criticamente as novas economias criativas e a sua relação com a indústria. Através dos materiais recolhidos do laboratório de químicos da Fábrica ASA, faz-se uma taxonomia ilustrada por um slogan que questiona: o que é ser criativo? Instalação, lâmpadas, materiais diversos da fábrica ASA.*

MATERIALITIES

Every man is a creative being is a critical approach to the new creative economies and their relationship with industry. Using materials collected at the chemical laboratory of the ASA Factory, a taxonomy is created and illustrated by the slogan in the form of a question: what does being creative mean? Installation, lamps, various materials from the ASA factory.*

Patrícia Azevedo Santos (Porto, 1984). Artista e investigadora, licenciada em Artes Plásticas – Pintura pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto, concluiu o Mestrado em Arte e Design para o Espaço Público, em 2009, na mesma instituição. Organiza a sua primeira exposição individual, “Mobilidade Relativa”, em 2007, no Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar (Porto). Desde então tem participado em exposições coletivas e integrado publicações e encontros científicos. Em 2011, inicia o doutoramento em Belas-Artes, na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa. Patrícia Azevedo Santos (Porto, 1984). She is an artist and researcher and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Painting from the School of Fine Arts of the University of Porto and a Master’s degree in Art and Design for Public Spaces, also from the School of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. She staged her first solo exhibition, Mobilidade Relativa, at the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences (Porto) in 2007. Since then she has participated in collective exhibitions and been involved in scientific publications and meetings. In 2011, she started her Ph.D. studies in Public Art at the School of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon.
